Return Policy

You have the option to replace or return a product you purchased because:

• A mistake was made in the type or quantity,
• We made a mistake in price or shipping,
• The product was defective.

In any case, you should absolutely contact us by phone at 2710237274 or by e-mail at sales@www.rebels.gr or fill in the relevant return form. We do not accept item returns without prior notification. There should have been a record of the case and guidance on how to return.

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. The product must be in its factory packaging, unused and in excellent condition. Defective items are excluded. You must ensure that the returned item reaches us intact. It is your responsibility to pack it securely to prevent damage during transit.

In case you want a refund:

The refund is made within 5 calendar days from the moment you inform us of your intention to return your order and after we have received the returned item and it has been checked for its adequacy. How the refund is made depends on the payment method you originally chose for your order. Thus, the amount will be returned to you either by canceling your credit card charge, or by bank deposit to a bank account that you indicate to us.
